China's passenger NEV retail sales totaled 1.069 million units from August 1 to 31, down 4% year-on-year but up 12% from the previous month.

In August, Geely sold 160,100 vehicles in the Chinese market and exported 110,094 vehicles.

From January through August, Leapmotor delivered 560,883 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 70.55%.
