China auto inventories down 10.5% in Apr from Mar

The inventory level can support retail sales for the next 49 days, down from 57 days at the end of March, implying an improved inventory status.

At the end of April, China’s passenger vehicle inventories stood at 3,230,000 units, down 380,000 units, or 10.5 percent, from the end of March, according to data released today by the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA).
