The March recall involved 190,000 vehicles, up from 90,000 a year ago and up from 100,000 in February.

The Chinese auto market saw 16 recalls in March, up from 13 in the same month last year and down from 17 in February, according to data released today by the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA).
